Kathy is a risk management analyst.  Before joining Ashton Tiffany, she
was executive secretary for a district superintendent and governing board,
and served as a chief deputy county school superintendent.  She has a
certificate in school business management from Central Arizona College.

Kathy provides the following services related to controlled insurance program
administration:

• oversight of safety programs,
• enrollment,
• payroll,
• general administrative support services,
• claims assistance, and
• subcontractor and owner liaison.
