Dawn is a senior claims adjuster.  She has over 10 years' experience in
various areas of workers' compensation insurance, including
management, claims handling, and medical bill review.  She also holds an
Arizona property and casualty producer's license.

Dawn provides the following services:

• administration of indemnity claims, including large complex losses;
• claims investigation;
• liaison between workers' compensation pool members and medical
  providers; and
• claims review and audit.
