Ryan is a member services coordinator. Prior to joining Ashton Tiffany, he worked in various facets of education, from teaching in local schools to managing advertising projects for traditional and online universities around the country. He has a bachelor of science degree in business management from Brigham Young University–Idaho.

Ryan provides the following services:

• consultation on risk management and insurance services for insurance pool members,
• analysis of pool member exposures for renewal and premium rating,
• coordination of policy endorsements for pool members,
• assistance with design and implementation of new programs and services,
• participation in conferences and professional meetings, and
• marketing of program services to current and prospective clients.
