Tricia is a
member services representative. She is a graduate
of the University of Arizona, with a bachelor of arts degree in
psychology.
Tricia provides the following services:
- liaison with insurance pool
members,
- database maintenance,
- dissemination of loss information,
- Web site enhancement,
- administrative support for
a workers' compensation return-to-work
program, and
- administrative support on special projects.
