Heather is a claims administrative assistant.  She has nearly 10 years’ administrative experience in the private and public sectors, working in such areas as investment, finance, and higher and legal education.  She holds an associate’s degree and is working toward her Bachelor of Arts in public administration.

Heather provides the following services:

• administrative support to claims adjusters and the claims manager,
• preparation of materials for board meetings,
• risk management information system administration,
• assistance with contract negotiation and quality control for vendor services,
• OSHA reporting, and
• assistance with special projects.
