Dave is the loss control manager for Ashton Tiffany.  He has two master's
degrees, one in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University
in Nampa, Idaho; and another in safety management from West Virginia
University in Morgantown, West Virginia.  He also has a bachelor of science
degree in psychology from Brigham Young University, with a minor in
business administration.

Dave provides the following services:

• safety program implementation,
• consultation on workplace safety hazards,
• creation of loss control processes,
• training on behavioral changes necessary to reduce losses,
• establishment of safety committees, and
• safety program and policy reviews.
