David Frandsen is the loss control manager for Ashton Tiffany.  With over 10 years of safety experience—including corporate safety management, workers’ compensation, and mine safety—David specializes in developing and auditing safety programs.  He has received the graduate safety practitioner designation (GSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, and is working toward his certified safety professional (CSP) designation.  David holds two master’s degrees, one in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho; and another in safety management from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. He earned his bachelor of science degree in psychology from Brigham Young University, with a minor in business administration.

Dave provides the following services:

• safety program development and implementation;
• consultation on workplace safety hazards;
• safety training, with an emphasis on behavior modifications necessary to change culture and reduce losses;
• creation of loss control processes;
• establishment of safety committees; and
• safety program and policy reviews.
