Michelle is an accountant.  She has held positions at Price Waterhouse Coopers;
Koll Management Services, Inc.; and CB Richard Ellis.  Michelle has a bachelor's
degree in business administration from the University of San Diego, and is
a certified public accountant in the state of Arizona.

Michelle provides the following services:

• management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, and
• customer invoicing.
