Norm is general counsel for Ashton Tiffany.  He received his bachelor of arts
degree in English literature from the University of Arizona, and his Juris Doctor
from Saint Louis University School of Law.  As an attorney, Norm's areas of
practice have included insurance defense, medical malpractice, and
civil rights litigation.

Norm provides the following services:

• management of subrogation claims,
• legal support for large-loss liability claims, and
• service as an examiner for administrative practices liability cases.
