Shelley is the claims manager for Ashton Tiffany.  She has over 20 years' experience in workers' compensation insurance, civil liability, injury reduction, and human resources/benefits administration.  Most recently, Shelley was director of risk management for a large national transportation company.  She holds a property and casualty producer's license in the state of Arizona.

Shelley provides the following services:

• management of Claims Department personnel;
• liaison between insurance pool members and Claims staff;
• contract negotiation and quality control for vendor services;
• risk management information system administration;
• OSHA reporting;
• loss analyses;
• workers' compensation program and policy design, light-duty
  program implementation, and occupational clinic selection.
