Pamela is a claims coordinator.  She has over nine years' experience
in risk management, adjusting claims for property, general liability, and
workers' compensation.  Pamela has completed the following degree
programs and certifications: associate's degree in business management,
property and casualty license, worker's compensation management certificate,
Insurance Issues Forum certificate, and a Safety Management Institute
certificate.  Pamela is currently pursuing her associate in claims designation.

Pamela provides the following services:

• member liaison for an insurance pool;
• coordination of outside resources (experts, attorneys); and
• adjustment and resolution of property/casualty claims.
