Bessie is a claims coordinator.  She is a licensed claims
adjuster and has over seven years' experience in coordinating and
resolving property and liability claims for insurance pool members.
Bessie also has been certified as an automobile claim law specialist (ACLS),
and is currently pursuing an associate in claims certification from
the Insurance Institute of America.  In addition, she holds an associate's
degree in general arts from Glendale College.

Bessie provides the following services:

• insurance pool member liaison;
• coordination of outside resources (experts, attorneys); and
• adjustment and resolution of property/casualty claims.
