Yvonne is a risk management analyst.  She is a licensed claims adjuster and
has over sixteen years' experience in coordinating, managing, and resolving
property, liability, and construction-related claims.  Yvonne is certified as
an automobile claim law specialist (ACLS) and a water remediation technician
(WRT).  She holds dual bachelor's degrees in management and Spanish
from Arizona State University, and an associate's degree in evidence technology
from Phoenix College.
