in workers' compensation claims administration.  Libby holds adjuster's
licenses in Arizona, Texas, Utah, Florida, Connecticut, and Mississippi.

Libby provides the following services:

• administration of indemnity claims, including large complex losses;
• claims review and investigation; and
• liaison between workers' compensation pool members and
  medical providers.
