Tom is a risk management consultant.  He has an associate in risk management
(ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America, and a chartered
property casualty underwriter (CPCU) designation from the American Institute
for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, Inc.  Tom also has a master of
business administration degree from Troy State University and a bachelor of
science degree in business administration from the University of Arizona.
