Tom is a claims adjuster.  He served 34 years as a certified peace officer in Arizona and 14 years as an investigations supervisor with the Phoenix Police Department.  He holds a bachelor of science degree in police science from Northern Arizona University.

Tom provides the following services:

• investigation and claims adjustment on major claims,
• negotiation of settlements and authorization of payments,
• preparation of civil cases in concert with attorneys, and
• after-hours availability for clients and claimants.
