Julie is a member services coordinator.  She earned her bachelor of arts degree in international business from Northern Arizona University, and received her associate in risk management certification (ARM) through the Insurance Institute of America in 2003.

Julie provides the following services:

• consultation on risk management and insurance services for insurance
  pool members;
• analysis of pool member exposures for renewal and premium rating;
• coordination of policy endorsements for pool members;
• assistance with design and implementation of new programs and services;
• participation in conferences and professional meetings;
• marketing of program services to current and prospective clients;
• coordination of investment pool operations; and
• oversight, maintenance, and audit of a high-deductible insurance program.
