Klissa is a member services coordinator.  Previously, she worked as a grant writer/fund-raiser at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas.  She is a certified public manager in both Kansas and Arizona and is currently pursuing her associate in risk management certification.  In addition, she holds a bachelor of science degree in sociology, with an emphasis in juvenile delinquency and educational psychology.

Klissa provides the following services:

• consultation on risk management and insurance services for insurance
  pool members,
• analysis of pool member exposures for renewal and premium rating,
• coordination of policy endorsements for pool members,
• assistance with design and implementation of new programs and services,
• participation in conferences and professional meetings, and
• marketing of program services to current and prospective clients.
