Along with John Ashton, Mike founded Ashton Tiffany in 1995.  He has
completed a number of post-graduate professional programs, including
the chartered property casualty underwriter (CPCU) and associate in risk
management (ARM) curriculums.  Mike has a bachelor of science degree
in engineering from Arizona State University.

Mike provides the following services:

• administration of various insurance pools within the state of Arizona,
• general risk management consulting services, and
• management and leadership of Ashton Tiffany.
