Ray is a claims coordinator.  He is a licensed claims adjuster and has
over five years' experience in property, general liability, product liability,
bodily injury, and auto claims.  He holds an associate's degree in
computer science and is currently pursuing an associate in claims
certification from the Insurance Institute of America.

Ray provides the following services:

• member liaison for an insurance pool;
• coordination of outside resources (experts, attorneys); and
• adjustment and resolution of property/casualty claims.
