Tom is a claims adjuster.  He served 28 years as a certified peace officer
in Arizona, and 14 years as a criminal investigator with the Phoenix Police
Department and the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.  He holds a
bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Northern Arizona University.

Tom provides the following services:

• investigations on major claims, including fatal accidents and claims involving
  Spanish-speaking parties;
• general claims adjustment;
• preparation of civil cases in concert with attorneys; and
• negotiation of settlements and authorization of payments.
