Kristen is an insurance pool member advocate. She
has five years of experience in customer relations, and
holds a bachelor of science degree in family studies and
human development from the University of Arizona.
Kristen provides the following services:
- advocacy for insurance pool
participants,
- administrative support on
special projects,
- general risk management
support,
- general member services
support, and
- coordination of annual
conventions.
