Sue is a property claims adjuster.  Prior to joining Ashton Tiffany, she was
part owner of Shoemake Zittel, LLC, an independent adjusting company. 
She has worked in the insurance industry as a property adjuster, claims
manager, and salvage broker since 1976.  Her background includes
adjusting claims in the areas of large property, construction defect,
builders' risk, equipment breakdown, and transportation.   She is a
licensed adjuster and received her associate certification in both
claims (AIC) and management (AIM) from the Insurance Institute of
America.  She has a bachelor of science degree from Miami University
of Ohio and is currently working on her chartered property casualty
underwriter designation.

Sue provides the following services:

• coordination of outside resources (experts, attorneys, contractors);
• adjustment and resolution of major property claims;
• assistance to claims coordinators in resolving claims;
• preparation of board resolutions on large losses;
• coordination of a foundation directors and officers program; and
• reporting to reinsurers on large losses.
